I have no idea how to cite a TS document so here’s a link:

https://snowdenarchive.cjfe.org/greenstone/collect/snowden1/index/assoc/HASH015f/f9b40520.dir/doc.pdf

Summary:

The summary describes, in vivid detail, the application and role GPS tracking plays in the field of information warfare. Theres a ton of technical stuff that isn’t really any use to anyone minus the NSA guys who work in the system. It does specify many different other techniques of locating a phone based on exploitations of other functions of the cell phone as well.

Critique:

This is a government brief so it doesn’t leave much to the imagination or raise any questions about what it’s talking about, but I do want to look into more uses and specific about the different co-traveler systems that the government uses.

Implementation:

I can use this document for alot of material actually, I can use this when I look at the general functions of cell phones and then again later as I look at the ethics of tracking.
